COIMBATORE: Saritha Nair, an accused in the solar panel scam, today appeared before a court here in connection with the alleged cheating of a businessman here to the tune of about Rs 25 lakh.

She appeared before sixth judicial magistrate Rajavel, who posted the hearing to January eight since witnesses in the case failed to appear.
