CHENNAI : The first bench of the Madras HC has dismissed a PIL petition challenging the elevation of Subramonium Prasad as an additional judge of the HC, who had been until last week representing the Tamil Nadu government before the Supreme Court as its Additional Advocate-General.
The bench of Chief Justice Indira Banerjee and Justice P T Asha dismissed the PIL from advocate M Radhakrishnan.
