ECIL Inks MoU With Isro's Space Applications Centre

HYDERABAD: The city-based Electronics Corporation of India Limited has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Ahmedabad-based Space Applications Centre of Indian Space Research Organisation for  development of multi-band composite-feed systems required for earth stations.

ECIL chairman and MD P Sudhakar and SAC director Tapan Mishra  have signed the MOU in Ahmedabad recently on development of critical technologies required for various types of antenna feed systems for different bands used in satellite communication systems.

The new technology would enable development of many societal applications, said a press release from ECIL here on Saturday.
