HYDERABAD:  Former judge of Supreme Court Justice B Sudershan Reddy on Saturday asked why the existing High Court was not bifurcated even after four years of formation of separate Telangana state. “I do not understand why the High Court is not bifurcated till date. Failure to establish separate high courts for AP and TS is nothing but insulting the people of the state and its lawyers”, he observed.
Participating as a chief guest at the “Telangana state convention of Bar Association” in the High Court premises, Justice Sudershan Reddy said continuation of Acting Chief Justice of HC for a longer period was also not proper.
