SANGAREDDY: Former minister MLA T Harish Rao got emotional, listening to an orphan student narrating her life story during the ‘Grow in Safe and Secure Siddipet’ programme held here on Saturday. The student, Satvika, said that her father passed away and her mother has been taking care of her. Everybody in the programme started weeping while listening to her story.
