THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Traders who are required to take TDS registration as per Section 51 of GST Act should possess the same from September 18 onwards.

Government and semi-governmental organisations, societies and public sector units concerned should obtain registration.    Last dates for submitting traders’ returns under GST Act have been extended. Traders with over Rs 100 crore turnover should submit GSTR-1 return before October 3 and those below Rs 100 turnover should submit it before October 10.

GSTR-2 return should be submitted before October 31 and GSTR-3 return before November 10. The last date for submitting Tran-1 declaration is October 31.
