Burrata, Bocconcino and more: Bengaluru monks turn into cheesemakers

This cheese factory is run by a Group of Monks at a Catholic seminary in Bangalore. In Bangalore they are best known for making divine Italian-style cheese. They supply their Italian-style cheese products to many five-star hotels and restaurants. Taj the Group of Hotels, The Oberoi and Olive Beach are some of their regular customers.
