Fourth man arrested in Durgapur medico rape case, father criticises CM Mamata for victim blaming

A fourth accused was arrested in the Durgapur rape case of a medico on October 12. The accused were booked under relevant sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Meanwhile, the father of the 23-year-old Dalit rape survivor sharply criticised CM Mamata Banerjee's remarks, victim-blaming the rape survivor for venturing out in the night.
