Cyclone "Mandous" approaching, heavy rain alert for TN, Andhra Pradesh
Cyclone Mandous brewing in Bay of Bengal is inching closer to the Tamil Nadu coast. The cyclone is expected to cross the coast between Puducherry and Sriharikota in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh on midnight of Dec 9. A red alert has been issued for three districts Chengalpet, Kancheepuram and Villupuram in Tamil Nadu.
