Vikas Kevlani, a victim of the Vadodara car accident, has rejected the defense statement made by the accused Rakshit Chaurasia. Rakshit, a 20-year-old law student, was speeding in his car and crashed into two-wheelers on the street, killing one woman and injuring seven others.
