A shocking fire accident in a cracker unit in an Andhra village resulted in 21 deaths. 15 others were critically injured in the incident occurred in Vetlakpalem village of Kakinada district. Bodies allegedly flung into nearby paddy fields due to the intensity of the blast. The injured with burn injuries were shifted to Kakinada Government General Hospital. CM N Chandrababu Naidu expressed sadness over the death toll at Surya Fireworks.
