AAP MP Raghav Chadha raised the issue of traffic in Indian metro cities from Delhi, Mumbai, to Kolkata, Chennai. He stated that a commuter in India is stuck in traffic for 100 to 168 hours per year. Raghav pitched for a national decongestion mission to address the widespread issue in a multi-pronged manner.
