Grandmaster D Gukesh clinches Candidates title, becomes youngest challenger for World Championship

Indian Chess Grandmaster Gukesh Dommaraju became the youngest Candidates chess champion on April 22. After the five-time world champion Viswanathan Anand, Gukesh is the only Indian to win the Candidates Tournament.
