NASA launches spacecraft named after late astronaut Kalpana Chawla

Nasa has launched their next Cygnus vehicle, the S.S. Kalpana Chawla, and their Antares rocket for the NG-14 mission to the #InternationalSpaceStation. In keeping with the tradition of naming each Cygnus vehicle after someone instrumental in the field of space exploration, #NASA has chosen to honor Dr. #KalpanaChawla, the first Indian-born woman to travel to space.
