ISLAMABAD: Hassan Nawaz, the younger son of Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, appeared before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), which is probing the Panama Papers case, on Friday.

This was his first appearance before the JIT at the Federal Judicial Academy, reports the Dawn.

Hassan’s elder brother Hussain Nawaz has appeared before the JIT thrice in the past five days to answer questions regarding the Sharifs' London properties.

On Thursday, he was told that he would be summoned for a fourth time soon.
