If the success of his Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum’s trailers are any indication, it looks like director Nalan Kumarasamy is all set to deliver another winner at the box office.
The title of his upcoming film, Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum, when translated, means ‘love too shall pass’.
Ask the director if he has ever been in love and he replies, “No, I have never been in love.” Prompt him to elaborate, and he chuckles, “Well, that’s the truth. In fact, my character is similar to the hero’s in this film.” However, the director — who prefers to be put into the ‘anti-romance category’ — says, “I am not an expert on romance but I guess there is a beauty to it that even people like me can’t ignore.”
