Express News Service

BENGALURU: The High Court on Thursday issued a notice to Karthik Gowda, son of Union Law Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, in connection with a complaint filed by actress Mythriya Gowda, accusing him of cheating and raping her. The court was hearing the petition filed by the prosecution for cancellation of an anticipatory bail granted by the City Civil and Sessions court in September 2014 on the ground that the allegations against him are very serious and they need further investigation.  The court, after hearing the petition, issued notice to Gowda for further hearing in the case.
