GUNTUR: District Collector K Sasidhar inaugurated the Pura Seva Centre on the Municipal Corporation premises here on Thursday. The Collector said that the government was encouraging online services to ensure corruption-free administration in all departments. He said that denizens can register their complaints through Pura Seva App and the officials will take steps to resolve the issues.
Guntur MP Galla Jaydev said with the introduction of Pura Seva App, the denizens need not make rounds of GMC office. Guntur West MLA M Venugopala Reddy, GMC Commissioner Ch Anuradha and other officials were also present.
