CHENNAI: The Hyderabad-based BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd, on Thursday announced the launch of Bollineni Hillside project on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), one of the largest integrated residential township projects in Chennai. Spreading across 92 acres of land, it is located close to the lush green hill and the Arasankalani Lake.

Announcing the launch of the project, B Krishnaiah, Chairman, BSCPL Infrastructure, said that the project will be completed in two phases and will have a total space of 6 million sq. ft.

It will accommodate 4500 dwelling units and will have flats ranging from 650 sq.ft. to 2800 sq.ft. including wide range of independent houses, row houses and villas.

The first phase development is on in 50 acres with more than 1300 units. The township will have schools, gymnasium, sports facilities, restaurants, parks, meeting rooms etc. BSCPL has invested Rs 150 crore in this project so far. The company plans to complete the first phase by mid 2010, Krishnaiah said.

According to Rajendra Joshi, General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Division, BSCPL said, the company offers a price of Rs 2500 per sq.ft. for 650 sq.ft. apartments. BSCPL has arranged loan facilities with leading banks, he added.

The company has undertaken various infrastructure projects in India including highways, bridges, and airport runways.
