NEW DELHI: HSBC India on Monday launched ‘Benefits Beyond Banking’ for its premier Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. Benefits range from property assistance services to airport pick-up services.

Under the Property Assistance Services, NRI customers looking to purchase property in India, can search for their ‘Dream House’ or avail of assistance through property brokers. Through Online Connect select NRI customers can also avail ‘Face-to-Face’ interaction using video conference facility to interact with service managers in India. This allows setting up of appointments as per customers’ convenience and allows online personalised demonstrations of banking services.

Customers can avail concierge services that offer value and privileges.

They can avail airport lounge access  during transit or between connecting flights, medical assistance in the form of referrals to doctors and emergency hospitalisation services in time of need. Access to tickets for exclusive events in India,   discounted airport pick-up service available at the desired time irrespective of time of day.
