HYDERABAD: Rajapushpa Properties has launched three projects in Hyderabad with an investment of about Rs 750 crore. These are: Rajapushpa Regalia, an apartment project; Rajapushpa Greendale, a luxury villa project; and The Summit, an office space building spread over 500,000 sq ft.

Although the mood in the realty market is subdued, the company is confident of making big returns. “The Hyderabad realty market has been maintaining steady movement in launches and sales. Also, all the three projects are located in sought-after areas in and around Hyderabad’s IT hubs like Gachibowli and Kokapet,” said P Jayachandra Reddy, chairman, Rajapushpa Properties.

He said bookings for the projects, whose construction had started a year ago, are open now. “Office, villas and apartments projects will be readied for possession by September 18, June 19 and March 20, respectively.

While Rs 750 crore will be invested in these projects, together with land cost, the value will be Rs 1,500 crore. We are confident of closing all the sales before completion of projects, owing to our past track record and steady demand from IT employees,” he added.

Olympian and ace badminton player PV Sindhu, who is the brand ambassador of Rajapushpa Properties, unveiled the projects in Hyderabad on Thursday.
