BANGALORE: The vacation bench of High Court on Friday granted bail to four accused, who were arrested in connection with the murder of JD(S) corporator Diwan Ali. Justice H S Kempanna granted bail to Saleem Ahmed, Afroz Khan, Nazeemuddin and Wasim Khan and directed them to furnish a bond of `1 lakh each and two surety, on the condition not to leave the country or tamper with evidence. The four accused were arrested on January 20, four days after Ali was shot dead in Yarabnagar.
