Workshop on banking codes held

State Bank of Mysore (SBM) organised a workshop on Banking Codes and Standard Board of India (BCSBI) on Wednesday.

A C Mahajan, chairman, BCSBI and N Raja, CEO, BCSBI participated in the meeting chaired by by Sharad Sharma, MD, SBM. The workshop dealt on the role of BCSBI, the need for transparency in bank while dealing with customers.

The chairman and CEO participated in the interface with 30 customers who attended the workshop along with 30 branch managers and several senior officials including general managers and chief general managers of the bank.
