BANGALORE: BJP’s H N Ananth Kumar has surpassed his own records by winning with a huge margin of 2,28,575 lakh against Congress candidate Nandan Nilekani from Bangalore South.He won against B K Hariprasad (Congress) in 1999 by a margin of 66,054 votes, and against M Krishnappa (Congress) by a margin of 62,271 votes in 2004. The winning margin dipped to 37,612 in 2009. He is the only MP to win for six time from Bangalore South constituency. While Ananth Kumar polled 504 postal ballots, Nilekani secured 261.
