BENGALURU: BJP candidate Sarala Mahesh Babu won the BBMP bypoll held for Lakkasandra ward in BTM Assembly constituency. She won by 2414 votes against Mohan B from Congress.
The elections were held on Sunday. She is the wife of former Lakkasandra ward councillor Mahesh Babu who was killed in a road accident near Srirangapatna in July this year.
