Brands Academy, a brand management advisory and consulting companies, conducted the Brands Academy Excellence Awards Ceremony recently to felicitate India’s leading business organisations, technology companies, service providers, professionals and entrepreneurs.

The awards were based on a comprehensive market research study and opinion surveys conducted over the period of last five months. VVS Laxman, former Indian cricketer, was the chief guest at the ceremony.

The market study and opinion surveys took place in major cities in the South, with more than 50 field executives collecting the data from different states.

The winners from Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu included Rishitha Slim Care (Slimming Centre), Bliss Medicare (Acupuncture & Ayurveda Clinic) and 10 Downing Street (Fastest Growing Pub Chain in India) among others.

“I believe that besides generating employment for the youth, the entrepreneurs and professional service providers play a crucial role in driving the economy of our country,” said VVS Laxman on the occasion. “The commitment displayed by them towards ensuring customer satisfaction must be lauded,” he added.

Sanjay Kumar, vice-president-Marketing, Brands Academy, said, “The number of organisations and professionals participating in Brands Academy’s various programs is increasing every year and we’re confident that our efforts will result in improvement in the overall quality of products delivered by them, bringing them on par with international standards.”
