The fourth edition of the two-day Arogyam health and fitness expo will begin tomorrow at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam.

CHENNAI: The fourth edition of the two-day Arogyam health and fitness expo will begin tomorrow at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam. Organised by The New Indian Express in association with Apollo Hospitals, the expo provide a wide range of free health check-ups for visitors. Leading medical experts will offer free consultation for eye, bone mineral density tests, breast and cervical cancer screening, varma treatment and yoga therapy.

As many as 75 stalls will showcase products and services from hospitals, fertility centres, organic products, Siddha, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, weight loss programmes, yoga, fitness centres etc.

A boot camp challenge to showcase strength with five members per team will also happen. Paleo diet counselling, Zumba dance, body composition analysis by VLCC, special check-ups for sports people, acupuncture and acupressure treatment, counselling for autism etc are additional attractions at the expo.
