CHENNAI: THE Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) has been directed by the Madras High Court to probe a complaint of corruption, including abetting prostitution, against two policemen and take appropriate penal action against them within two months. .

According to petitioner, he came to know through media reports that two Inspectors - Sam Vincent and Saravanan - attached had earned lakhs of rupees in collusion with pimps, who were running prostitution in the city. After a probe, they were transferred and proven unfit to remain in public service, he added.
