HYDERABAD: Tension prevailed at the sets of ‘Bodyguard’, starring Victory Venkatesh, Trisha and Saloni on Saturday when few members of Telangana Artistes Association tried to disrupt the shooting of the film which was held at Shamshabad in the city.

According to sources, a few members of Telangana Artistes Association had gone to Nadukuda Amma temple in Shamshabad where the unit was shooting and demanded them to provide 45 per cent opportunities to Telangana artistes in all films that are being shot in that region. Later, association members submitted a representation to the film director and producer.

‘Bodyguard’, remake of a Malayalam flick, has been recently shot in Vizag and Ramanaidu studios. Meanwhile, Shamshabad inspector C Anjaiah said that there had been no disruption of shooting. Following a request for security,  the unit has been provided security .
