Nanking victim succumbs to injuries

Nanking restaurant's wall collapse at Secunderabad that took place Tuesday night claimed the life of a worker here on Wednesday.

The cook of the eatery, Gopal Tandon (23), came under the debris of the wall and suffered severe injuries on the head and other parts. Though five other workers ran out of the restaurant, Gopal was trapped under the debris.

"Gopal suffered severe injuries and died while undergoing treatment," Mahankali police sub-inspector S Krishnaiah said adding the condition of all the other injured is stable. Gopal was a native of Nepal and was staying at Rasoolpura.
