GHMC Summer Camps to Start from Today

HYDERABAD:  After a gap of two years, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will hold summer coaching camps from April 25 to May 31.

Camps will be held at Victory Play Grounds , Quli Qutub Shah Stadium, Uppal Stadium, Marredpally Playground and at PJR Chanda Nagar Sports Complex Stadium. The camps will be held for boys and girls in the age group of 6 to 18 years from 6 am to 8.15 am. The admission fee for tennis, badminton, cricket and skating is

Rs 50 and it is Rs 10 for other games. The GHMC will provide the sports material free of cost.

The games and sports, in which coaching will be given at the camps, inlcude athletics, atya patya, archery, ball badminton, basketball, badminton, baseball, boxing, cricket, chess, carrom, canoeing and kayaking, cycling, cycle polo, fencing, football, gymnastics, hockey, handball, judo, Karate, kabaddi, kho kho, korf ball, malkhamba, mini football, netball, roller- skating, softball, swimming, sepak takraw, squa martial arts, table tennis, tennis, tennikoit, taekwondo, triathlon, tug-of-war, volleyball, wrestling Indian, wrestling Roman, wushu, yoga, throwball and kick-boxing.
