OU Teachers Association president backs professors on dharna

HYDERABAD: On the 16th day of contract assistant professors’ dharna, the Osmania University Teachers’ Association (OUTA) president spoke in support of the professors.Addressing the gathering at the dharna camp on the Osmania University campus on Friday, B Satyanarayana urged  CM to respond to their demands of regularisation immediately.

“If regularisation takes time then the government should provide the basic pay along with HRA and dearness allowances to contract assistant professors and implement equal work-equal pay,” he said.
