KOCHI: Craft Hospital and Research Centre has announced an infertility project which, for the first time in Kerala which offers money-back guarantee.
Craft managing director Dr C Muhammed Asharaf said that the project was being implemented with a money-back guarantee at Craft Hospital in Kodungallur. He said the project makes the cost of IVF treatment affordable for common people. “Though the IVF treatment is a permanent remedy for all types of infertility, the high cost for the treatment keeps people away from it,” he said.
When a person takes membership in the project which costs Rs 2.5 lakh, the members get IVF and ICSI treatment upto two times with a financial discount of Rs 50,000. If the frozen embryo transfer from three to five times (placing the frozen embryo inside the uterus), blastocyst transfer and assisted laser hatching does not help the couple conceive, the amount (Rs 2.5 lakh) is repaid.
