THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Major General Batoo Tshering, Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Royal Bhutan Army, arrived here on a two-day official visit to the state.
Tshering is accompanied by his wife Pema Choden, Deputy COO Brigadier Kesang Dorji, and Staff Officer to COO Lt Col Rinzin Dorji. The COO was received by Brigadier Pradeep Narayanan, Commander, Pangode Military Station.
After a brief interaction with officers of the military station, the Major General called on Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Air Command, Air Marshal S P Singh.
