Parvathy Menon in Kamal Haasan's 'Uttama Villain'

Malayalam actress Parvathy Menon, known for her work in films like "Poo" and "Maryan", has been confirmed to feature with Kamal Haasan in upcoming Tamil comedy "Uttama Villain".

Malayalam actress Parvathy Menon, known for her work in films like "Poo" and "Maryan", has been confirmed to feature with Kamal Haasan in upcoming Tamil comedy "Uttama Villain".

"Parvathy has been roped in for an important role. I can't divulge more details about her role, but she will start shooting from March 15 (Friday)," the film's director Ramesh Arvind told IANS.

Besides Parvathy, the film also features Andrea Jeremiah, who has already worked with Haasan in "Vishwaroopam" and yet-to-be-released "Vishwaroopam 2".

"Uttama Villain" is the story of an ageing superstar, played by Haasan, who has also penned the story of the film.

The film, which is currently on floors in Bangalore, also features Jayaram and Haasan's mentor K. Balachander in important roles.
