The entire team of Satya Harischandra including Sharan, director Dayal Padmanabhan along with the 23-member crew have left for Portugal for a 16-day long shoot where they plan to explore new locations.

“The scenes to be shot in Portugal will be set somewhere in the middle of the film,” says the director, who tells us why a film like Satya Harischandra requires to be shot abroad.

“Though the title strikes one as a period film, the movie is a romantic comedy. The story demands a foreign location. Usually people shoot songs there, but we will be shooting two action sequences, 12 scenes and two songs.

The two tracks from the film will be choreographed by Imran Sardhariya. Dayal has roped in a European stunt master to picturise the fight sequences in Portugal.

Satya Harischandra produced by K Manju has Bhavana and Sanchita Padukones in the female lead roles.

The film has Arjun Janya’s music and Faizal Ali is the cinematographer.
