Mohanlal in Bangalore for 'Mythri'

Express News Service

Malayalam star Mohanlal is in Bangalore for three days to shoot for Mythri along with Puneeth Rajkumar and Atul Kulkarni. Directed by Giriraj, this particular scene (see picture) was shot in a 'haunted house' on Magadi Road, with AV Krishna Kumar doing the camera work.

Rumour has it that Puneeth was so impressed with Giriraj's short film, Naviladaravu, that he asked the director to write a script for him. Though the director did not reveal much details about the film, sources said that Puneeth plays a role of an TV anchor and Mohanlal is a scientist in the movie.

The film will also see Archana, Bhavana and Ravi Kaale among others. Interestingly, professor and director Baraguru Ramachandrappa, Dr HS Venkatesha Murthy has penned a song for the movie.

Also, music maestro Ilayaraja has completed composing for the film. Apparently, a new talent Charanya Gaonkar has been roped in to sing one of the songs.
