The producers of Rana Vikrama are happy that their film is generating extraordinary collections at the box office. As per the latest reports, the film has crossed `8 crore (only in Karnataka), which is the net collection and it is expected to cross at least `11 to `12 crore by this Friday.
"It is great to know that our film has not been affected by the rain and the cricket. We are happier to see the family audience coming to theatres. Puneeth has hard-core fans and this time families are even coming with their children. It is a treat for us," says Jayanna, who is one of the producers of the film. He further adds, "Going by the current records, this film is all set to be the biggest grosser of Puneeth’s career." What was surprising for the producers was a piece of news about Rana Vikrama apprearing in a Pakistani newspaper. "They have written a few lines about our movie.
This made us feel special as we were amazed by its reach. For me, more than the money, I want the entire team of the film to do well," he says.
