The much anticipated film of 2015, Uppi 2 got clearance by the Censor Board with a U/A certificate on Tuesday after the regional officer Nagendra Swamy watched the film along with other members. The film got a green signal with five cuts. Accordingly a violent visual has been cut along with one or two sentences. A couple of mutes have been thrown in. The film has generated a lot of interest especially with Upendra coming back as a director after a long time. The film did make some noise after the audio was launched recently and people are talking about the film all over again. With Uppi 2 looking for an Independance Day eve release, the Censor clearance has given the unit ample time for promotions. It is time for us to hear from the makers, as to what will be their next move.
