Superstar Akkineni Nagarjuna will be battling out with his Nandamuri rivals NTR Jr and Balakrishna come Sankranthi, if the latest buzz in Tollywood is anything to go by.
According to sources, Nagarjuna’s upcoming romantic comedy Soggade Chinni Nayana (SCN) is all set for a Sankranthi release, a time when NTR Jr’s Nannaku Prematho and Balakrishna’s Dictator are set for release.
“Initially the makers of SCN were looking at a Christmas release but due to a few delays in the shoot, they are now looking to release this Sankranthi,” a source from the film’s unit, revealed.
Set to be a family entertainer the film features Nagarjuna in a double role, while television anchor Anasuya will play his cousin in the film. Kalyan Krishna is making his directorial debut with the film, which also features Ramya Krishna in an important role.
