Chakravarthy trailer to be out on Ugadi

Promotions for the Darshan-starrer are already out with the filmmakers planning for a mid-April release.

Looks like the wait is over for Darshan's fans with Chakravarthy readying for a mid-April release before which the trailer to be out for Ugadi.

Chintan, who is making his directorial debut with Darshan, is busy with the post-production. "The trailer launch will kick  start our promotions for Chakravarthy," says the director, who says that Darshan will be seen in three shades in the film. "The two-minute trailer will give Darshan's fans a taste of that and introduce the entire cast of Chakravarthy.

With the satellite and Hindi-dubbing rights already being sold for a whopping price, the distribution of Chakravarthy will be handled by Mallikarjun and Darshan's brother, Dinakar.

The film produced by Siddhanth features Deepa Sannidhi in the female lead with Dinakar playing the antagonist's role.

Chakravarthy boasts of a varied star cast including Srujan Lokesh, Aditya, Lokesh, Kumar Bangarappa, Shivadwaj, Surya, Yashas and  Charulatha. The music is by Arjun Janya and cinematography by K S Chandrashekar.
