Unni, Rima to play parents in 'Clint'

Clint's role will be enacted by Alok, a Television –advertisement model, who is said to bear a resemblance with the young artist.

KOCHI: Unni Mukundan and Rima Kallingal are pairing up to play parents of a child prodigy in an upcoming movie 'Clint', to be directed by Harikumar. The film shoot commenced in Allapuzha on Thursday.

Clint's role will be enacted by Alok, a Television –advertisement model, who is said to bear a resemblance with the young artist.

Joy Mathew will play the doctor who treats Clint who was diagnosed with kidney ailments.

Vinay Fort, KPAC Lalitha,  Renji Panikker and Salim Kumar will also play important roles in the movie, which is set to be a big-budget film.

Named after actor-director Clint Eastwood, Edmund Thomas Clint (1976–1983) is known for having completed over 25,000 paintings during his short life.  His real life parents, Joseph and Chinnamma who will also act in the movie, spoke about their son during the film pooja ceremony which was held in Kochi.
