Post O Kadhal Kanmani, Dulquer Salmaan didn’t feature in any Tamil film. Now, CE learns that he’s been roped in for a cameo in an untitled Tamil-Telugu bilingual of Sai Dhanshika’s directed by Ramana, former assistant to Gautham Vasudev Menon and Cheran.

Sources say that Dulquer will be doing a guest appearance for the first time in a Tamil film, for which he’s yet to shoot. “Sai Dhanshika plays a physical instructor in this. We are dealing with a sensitive issue and a message is also being conveyed.

The first look will be revealed in a couple of weeks,” added the source. We hear that the script has a universal appeal and will be sent to the film festivals.

Rumours are abuzz that the Telugu version has been titled Vaalu Jada. However, official confirmation is awaited. In the past, Dulquer did cameo for Malayalam films like Ann Maria Kalipilanu and Parava.
