The Cheran-Pasupathy-Nithin Sathya starrer, 'Raman Theydiya Seethai', is now all set to be remade in Telugu. The remake, titled 'Billi Patrika', will also be directeed by its original director, Jagan. The female cast of the movie, including Karthika, Kajal Aggarwal, Vimala Raman and Ramya Nambeesan, will also be part of the remake version.

Produced by Moser Baer, 'Raman Theydiya Seethai' was the journey of a young man and his search for a bride. Though it wasn’t a profitable venture in Tamil, it is now learnt that the director is all set out take his movie to Telugu. “Though Nithin Sathyaa and Pasupathy will be a part of the movie in Telugu as well, I am on the lookout for someone to play Cheran’s role” adds the director. And yes, Navya will also not be a part of the venture in Telugu.
