As Kotha Bangaru Lokam reached the milestone of hundred days on Friday, the unit of the film met the media at the office of Dil Raju in the city on Friday to express their joy. The presence of many young and chirpy girls charged up the ambience.

Film’s heroine Sweta Basu Prasad said that it was an honour and blessing having made her debut through the film, while Varun Sandesh thanked the audience for making it a hundred-day film like his first flick Happy Days.

“Our seventh film crossed the hundred-day mark. I am happy as many are busy with their films after the success of Kotha Bangaru Lokam’’ said the visibly pleased Dil Raju. “It has given a break to newcomers and helped others to establish themselves,’’ said Rao Ramesh explaining how his optimistic lecturer role in the film helped him personally as well. Ahuthi Prasad said that it had given him a good break after Chandamama.

W hile another artiste Phani Kanth said that the film was an inspiration for many who are going through struggles like him.

The unit of the film will celebrate its distinction at a function soon
