In these days when films take forever to be completed, here's some a breather. The 'Jab We Met' remake, 'Kandein Kadhalai', under production by Moser Baer and Blue Ocean Entertainment has wrapped up its shooting on schedule. The film compeleted the entire shoot on the due date, with Moser Baer MD G Dhananjayan appearing on the sets to congratulate the lead pair Bharath and Tamannaah for all their co-operation and director Kannan for a job well done. Kannan had earlier directed 'Jayam Kondan', under the Sathyajyoti Films banner.

The shooting has taken the team to various locations from Ooty, Kodaikanal, Pollachi, Palani, Theni, Madurai, Chengleput and Tanjore to Sengottai, Kerala and Chennai.

In a period of 60 days, the film was shot in over 75 different locations in these cities and towns, making it almost like a travel film! Now that the talkie portion and five songs have been shot, with music by Vidyasagar, the team is heading for postproduction work. They aim at releasing the film in the second week of September! The camerawork is by PG Muthiah.

Santhanam’s comedy is said to be one of the highlights of the film.

A grand audio launch has been planned in the city on August 14, inviting the who's who of Kollywood.
