Sundar C starrer Murattu Kaalai, which is a remake of Superstar Rajnikanth’s yesteryear film with the same title, was stalled due to some reasons. The film is produced by Kalainyar TV Network and is directed by Selva Bharathi. It seems that the budget had exceeded above-the-line as lavish amount was spent on junior artists.
When the production team suddenly visited the shooting spots, the members were miffed to witness that most of the junior artists were paid for no reason.
Apparently, the shooting was reported to be cancelled and the Selva Bharathi had to ardently apologize. Now after furnishing a detailed production design, the shooting has resumed and the director has planned to complete the schedules within short span of time.
