THE hero Jiiva comes to Chennai and joins Vadivelu at his shop at the Burma Bazaar in the film ‘Kacheri Arambam’.

The team planned to shoot at the real market but due to some difficulties, a huge set costing around Rs 40 lakh was erected at the Film City for the shoot. The film has five songs and each one had been shot in different locations. Vada Vada Paiya song was shot at the Film City with a huge set costing Rs 60 lakh and for the song Nisha Kothari teams up with Jiiva. Almost Rs 1 crore has been spent to shoot for this song alone.
