Her mother said, “It was a huge shock for us when media started reporting on this. When we confronted Ananya, she told us that she knew about his marriage and that she had hid it from us because she was in love with him.”
However, she trashed the rumours that Ananya has called off her wedding. She said, “It is a baseless rumour. Her marriage will happen soon. And it’s not fair to say that she has been locked up in the house. Nothing like that has happened.” She said and added, “In fact, Anjaneyan is not 38-years-old. He is only married but has no kids. Now, he has applied for divorce and everything will be settled soon after that.”
According to her mother, the engagement happened only after the mutual consent of both families. Now with this news, her mother says, “Our daughter’s happiness is important to us. At present, she wants to get married to him once the divorce proceedings are completed.”
