Pretty, young screen star Oviya will be Sarath Kumar’s leading lady in his upcoming flick Sandamarutham. As Sarath is playing two roles in the film, the other character’s love interest will be portrayed by Meera Nandan. The most interesting part is that his wife and television mainstay Radhika Sarathkumar will also be playing a small but powerful cameo in the flick, for which her husband has penned the story. A source close to the film’s unit let on, “Radhika will be playing a small role, but it will not intersect with either of the other heroines. She agreed only because Sarath persuaded her a lot.”
With Sarath Kumar juggling politics, racing and business with a full-length feature film after years, it remains to be seen how much of his 90’s magic he can recreate with yet another double role. He has found time to do several cameos in films like Nimirnthu Nil and most recently, Kochadaiiyaan.
